Design Manager & Lead - 2 years
  • Lead platform design for Ticketmaster’s enterprise product for venues to manage events, ensuring a consistent and seamless experience across 20 apps for 10,000+ global users
  • Redesigned the enterprise product’s Information Architecture and navigation, working across 12 teams to simplify workflows and enhance efficiency
  • Manage a distributed UK/US design team, driving growth and engagement through health check-ins and inclusive design reviews

OpenTable

Design Manager - 3 years
  • Led design for OpenTable’s core restaurant enterprise vertical, directing 5 teams across the US and Australia to optimize operations for 60,000+ restaurants globally
  • Doubled the enterprise design team, establishing OpenTable’s first design presence in Australia while expanding recruitment across the US and Canada
  • Matured design craft by implementing a new Product Development Process, guiding design, engineering, and product teams through the full UX lifecycle

Therapy For Designers

Co-Founder & Facilitator - 2 years
  • Co-founded Therapy for Designers with two fellow design managers to create a space for designers to share challenges and develop soft skills beyond design work
  • Hosted monthly sessions at OpenTable and Canva, facilitating open dialogue and peer learning
  • Grew the online community to 340 designers in Melbourne and Sydney (now at 660 globally)
